Opening Hours Summer/Autumn 2026

Please note that during the summer and autumn, we will keep Sauna Level 4 with the panoramic sauna, event sauna, alpine herbal sauna, steam bath, and snow grotto open continuously.
Sauna Level 2 and 5 will only be accessible upon request. Thank you for your understanding!
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Last entry is at 9:30 PM.
On days when the Moonlight Special takes place, we stay open until 00:00.

Wellness treatments, including a session in the cryo-cabin or a massage on the Wellsystem bed, can be booked online and are also available to external guests. For more information, please click here.

*On the days of the Moonlight Special, the water world and sauna remain open until 00:00.
The opening hours of the Grill Lounge and the Pool bar will also be adjusted on these days, so you can fully enjoy the full moon.

Entry during opening hours (10:00 AM to 10:00 PM) through the main entrance, outside of these hours through a separate entrance.
