Arrival & parking
Yes, Silvretta Therme is easy to reach by public transport. The bus stop “Ischgl Therme” is located opposite the building along Silvretta main road and can conveniently be reached via the pedestrian underpass.
The nearest train station is Landeck-Zams. From there, buses to Ischgl leave every hour. Of course, you can also take a taxi to Silvretta Therme from there. Innsbruck Airport is about 90 minutes by car from our spa.
There are plenty of car parks and garages in the vicinity of Silvretta Therme. We especially recommend the Parking Lounge directly opposite Silvretta Therme, which is connected to the spa’s entrance area by a pedestrian underpass.
Not far from the Silvretta Therme Ischgl, you will find several e-charging stations as well as numerous accessible parking spaces. Specifically, these are located in the underground parking area in the rear building of the Silvretta Therme, as well as in the Florian and Silvretta parking garages.

Yes, Silvretta Therme offers discounted tickets for the following guests:
- children up to the age of 3: free admission
- children between 3 and 15: discounted admission
- families: children from 3 - 15 years accompanied by 2 adults. Children up to the age of 3 are free when accompanied by an adult
- guests with disabilities (degree of disability: 70 % or more): discount if you present a disabled ID card
- groups of 20 people and more: free admission for one accompanying person
- birthdays: Available On-Site only. complimentary 4-hour ticket of choice (Pool Area, Sauna, or Combi) when accompanied by a full-paying adult (Please provide proof of birthdate at the cashier desk)
- Lift pass combo "Wellness Paradise": 20% discount directly at the cashier desk ath the Silvretta Therme on all thermal, sauna, and combined rates.
This promotion is only valid during the "Start" and "Firn" season periods in combination with a ski pass purchased at the ticket sales offices in Ischgl/Samnaun or through the Ischgl/Samnaun webshop with a validity of four days or more.

For the first time in the 2024/2025 winter season, you’ll receive a 20% discount on all thermal spa, sauna, and combination rates with a 4-day or longer ski pass during the Start and Firn seasons.
The discount is valid directly at the cashier desk of the Silvretta Therme and applies only in the “Start” and “Firn” seasons in combination with a ski pass purchased from the ticket offices in Ischgl/Samnaun or via the Ischgl/Samnaun webshop, with a minimum validity of four days.

No, discounted tickets are only available in the abovementioned cases.
Yes, Silvretta Therme is adapted to the needs of the disabled. There are accessible toilets and showers as well as water lifts. In addition, Silvretta Therme offers barrier-free access for wheelchair users.
Children aged 10 and above are allowed to visit Silvretta Therme unaccompanied. Children below 10 may only visit the Silvretta Therme together with an accompanying adult older than 18 years of age. The “Adults only” sauna area of Silvretta Therme is only open to visitors older than 16 years of age.
Of course! At Silvretta Therme, we are always happy to welcome young guests. However, please remember that your baby should wear swim diapers. The water in our pool area is suitable for young children, but please keep in mind that the mineral concentration of the water in our saltwater pool is too high for children. Please note that babies and children below the age of 16 are not allowed at our sauna area. It's possible to bring pushchairs to the pool area.
In general, there is nothing wrong with visiting a the Silvretta Therme during pregnancy. However, to rule out any potential risks, we advise you to consult your attending physician beforehand.
Your health and well-being are important to us. If you are pregnant or suffer from high blood pressure, we recommend contacting our sauna staff directly on-site before your sauna visit. Our experienced team is available to discuss your individual needs and provide you with the best possible advice.

General information on visiting Ischgl’s Silvretta Therme
Ischgl‘s Silvretta Therme boasts a spacious pool area, a state-of-the-art sauna area and a stylish spa area. In addition, there is an in-house gym and an ice rink in winter.
No, but you can purchase a combined pool & sauna area ticket.
No. We kindly ask you not to wear ski boots or bring other ski equipment when visiting Silvretta Therme.
The ice rink, and with it the possibility of ice skating and curling, is only open in the winter months. It is a natural ice rink, cold temperatures are needed for the ice to build up. Therefore, ice skating is not possible in the summer months.
As in summer 2024, the ice rink at Silvretta Therme Ischgl is expected to be transformed into the E-Bike Riding Center in summer 2025. Developed by the E-Bike World Federation and the Paznaun – Ischgl Tourism Association, E-bikers will have the opportunity to improve their riding skills on an innovative course. On-site, Bründl Sports Ischgl provides excellent support, and rental e-bikes are available from the official bike partner, Simplon. For more information, click here.
Some of Silvretta Therme’s package offers include a spa bag with towels and other accessories. If you bring your own bag, make sure to pack plenty of towels, including larger ones for the sauna. On request, towels and bathrobes can be rented at Silvretta Therme for a fee and deposit. It’s also a good idea to bring shower gel, shampoo, deodorant, body lotion or a hairbrush to the spa. If necessary, you can also buy toiletries and a small selection of swimwear at our spa shop. You can wear pool slippers in the pool area, but we recommend marking them to avoid mix-ups.
No, but you can rent towels at Silvretta Therme or purchase them at our shop.
Yes, you can rent small and large towels at Silvretta Therme’s reception area. Rental prices are Euro 4 for small towels, Euro 6 for large towels and Euro 8 for a bathrobe. For Euro 22, you can rent a spa bag containing pool slippers, a bathrobe, one small and one large towel as well as shampoo and body lotion by Galtürer Enzian. In addition to the rental fees, there is a deposit for all rental products. If you lose a rented product, you will be charged for replacing the respective product.
Yes, there is a shop offering a selection of swimwear and toiletries in the Silvretta Therme entrance area.
When entering Silvretta Therme, you receive a wristband with a microchip. This wristband can be used to charge food, drinks and spa treatments to an account that you settle when you leave. You can pay at the ticket office as well as at the machine, both cash and cashless.
To safely store your valuables, you can use our valuables lockers. They are included in your ticket and can be locked using the wristband you receive upon entering the spa. You don’t need coins to operate them.
The Silvretta Therme offers numerous culinary options, including an Italian trattoria and a Grill Lounge. We kindly ask you not to bring your own food or drinks when visiting our spa. This helps us to avoid waste and keep our pool area clean.
Yes, you can choose from several restaurants at Ischgl’s Silvretta Therme.
The trattoria as well as the Grill Lounge are also open to external guests.
Do not bring alcohol to Silvretta Therme! Please note that our members of staff can use their discretion to confiscate or retain alcohol brought to the spa by guests.
All massages and spa treatments can be easily booked by phone at +43 5444 606 400. Reservation inquiries can also be made via email at therme@silvretta.at.
You are welcome to visit our spa during your stay as well. Appointments for spa treatments are scheduled based on our team’s availability.
Our spa team is available for you on Tuesdays from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from Wednesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. On Mondays, our spa is closed to prepare for your next moments of relaxation in the best possible way.
For external bookings, we kindly request your full name and a mobile phone number. Payments are accepted exclusively with MasterCard, Visa, or debit card.
As an external guest, you can easily find our spa, with parking spaces conveniently located right at the entrance.
In line with legal provisions, smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

- Adventure Pool with Whirl Grotto: 33,5 Celsius
- Outdoor Pool with pool bar: 34 Celsius
- Saltwater Pool: 34 Celsius
- Children's Area: 33 Celsius
- Sports Pool: 28 Celsius
- Nude Pool in Sauna Area: 34 Celsius
Please note that burkas are not allowed in the pool area of Silvretta Therme. However, you can wear a burkini. Keep in mind that any clothing worn in our pools must be suitable for swimming (wetsuits are allowed, but no T-shirts or boxer shorts). By the poolside, guests should at least wear sportswear.
The outdoor pool on level 4 of the rooftop is currently closed and is expected to reopen in February. Once it is open, it will be available to all spa and sauna guests.
It’s not allowed to use goggles with snorkels, fins or large swimming aids in the pool. However, if guest numbers are low, our staff can make exceptions.
Please note that all saunas and plunge pools in our sauna area are nude only. Swimwear is not allowed in these nude-only zones. We kindly ask you to only use towels made from natural materials. Please note that no drinks are allowed in the pool.

All items found at Silvretta Therme will be dried, recorded in our lost & found book and kept in the spa’s reception area for two weeks. If no one claims them within this period, valuables will be handed over to the lost property office of Ischgl. Towels and other non-valuables will be donated to a good cause after 30 days. If you have left something behind at the spa, you can either contact our staff in the entrance area, call +43 5444 606 400 or send an e-mail to therme.kassa@silvretta.at.
You can use your mobile phone in the entire pool area of Silvretta Therme. However, please respect the privacy of other guests and don’t take photos of them.
No mobile phones are allowed at our sauna area. Please limit your mobile phone use in our relaxation rooms and only play music or videos via headphones.
Make sure that you carry your wristband on you at any time. It is the key to your locker and your means of payment at the spa. If you lose your wristband, please contact our staff at the reception area or the pool area. They can then block your wristband, preventing other guests from charging services to your account. Please keep any receipts for goods and services consumed at our spa. Our staff will need them to block your lost wristband and issue a replacement wristband (costs: Euro 10).
Without a receipt, € 350 will be charged if the chip wristband is lost.
No, there is no solarium at the Silvretta Therme.
Our 320-square-metre gym is equipped with state-of-the-art exercise machines by milon, skillcourt and Sensopro. The gym focuses on body-weight training.
No. Please note that gym fees are not included in our pool or sauna tickets.
